d. Thereafter, the cooperative can commence business with its members eligible to participate in Bids for Premium Discount Forward and Supply Contracts.

DUTIES:

Registration Fee: N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only.

Duties: A Sub-Aggregator shall be responsible for;
a. Sourcing for Premium Discount Off-take Contracts.
b. Providing liaison services to the Hectare by Hectare cooperative group established for the Sub-Aggregator.
c. Creating awareness for the members of Cooperatives group established for the Sub- Aggregator.
d. Sourcing and introducing Proxy Farmers for projects to be advertised under the Programme.

Benefits: A Sub-Aggregator shall be entitled to;
a. N25,000.00 out of the Registration Fee payable by any Sub-Aggregator trained and introduced by him/her and the same amount as training fee upon the annual registration
b. 20% of administrative fee payable by members of the cooperative managed by the Sub- Aggregator for any transaction they participate in.
c. 70% of Business Development Fee due on every Premium Discount Forward Contract and Premium Discount Supply Contract introduced by the Sub-Aggregator.
d. 20% of gross income to be earned by the cooperative managed by the Sub-Aggregator for items purchased by members of the Cooperative on the HBH Transactions Platform.
e. Agency fee of N45,000.00 (Forty Five Thousand Naira) only per lot for every Proxy Farmer successfully introduced by the Sub-Aggregator.
f. 10% of every Administrative fee payable by any stakeholder introduced by the Sub- Aggregator to the Programme.
g. The Sub-Aggregator shall also be entitled to an agreed consultancy fee each time a supply is made to any Off-taker secured by the Sub-Aggregator.
h. 2% of yearly net income from every Farm lot owned by Proxy Farmers introduced by the Sub-Aggregator.

All that is required is for you to create a consumer group on social media for consumers within your neighborhood and deliver Food items to them based on pre-orders.

BENEFITS
I. You shall be entitled to 40% of net income from each item purchased by members of your consumer's group.
II. Where you introduce new Sub-Consolidator(s), you shall be entitled to 10% of the Administrative/Aggregation fee payable on all purchases made by Consumers/Participants under such Sub-Consolidator(s).

1. You shall be entitled to 30% of aggregation fee due to ADCL each time a supply is made to any Off-taker secured by you.
2. As an Off-take Aggregator, you shall be entitled to an agreed consultancy fee each time a supply is made to any off-taker secured by you.
